What a great place to stay. Was here Aug 19 and 20. Check in was awesome the young man doing the check in was friendly and welcoming and talking to us like friends which helps. In the morning I needed one thing ftom the front desk again awesome team member. Room was outstanding and the cleanest I have ever seen at a hotel. Walking to so many places. Peaceful, quiet, clean and friendly. Checkout was a breeze as well and even asked how the wedding was that we attended. This shows a staff that cares and a place that I will gladly come back to and also recommend. Thank you to the team at this location for making it an awesome weekend. Louis
Stayed at the Hampton for a get a way with friends and cant say enough about the hospitality! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and we rented a pontoon for the evening to catch the sunset! Such a beautiful area!!
It was a really nice place, but our room had a window where the street light hit both of the heads of the bed with no obvious way to close the curtains. I couldn't tell how much things cost at the vending machine, but I didn't really give it that close of a look, so that could be my bad. Other than these two things, it was a pleasant stay. My grandpa really liked the breakfast, and he isn't easily impressed by food, so if breakfast is a big thing for you, this is a good place to stay.
Love the town of Spicer and all the summer activities planned. This hotel is a great place to stay while in town. Clean and friendly. The standard rooms are quite small but other rooms are more roomy. Lots of free parking and complimentary breakfast.

Loved the location of Hampton Inn Spicer right off of Green Lake and within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and bars. We had so much fun renting their pontoon "Bert" and going out on the water for some summer fun. Sydney did a fantastic job giving us the run down of the pontoon and surrounding area so we felt comfortable and confident before heading out. The rooms are modern and clean. I really appreciated the smart connectivity to control the TV and stream Netflix. The hotel staff was welcoming and very friendly throughout our stay. They were always happy to share recommendations of things to do in the area. Hampton Inn Spicer Green Lake is now my go to hotel whenever I'm in Spicer, MN!
